We are a specialist research team focusing on corporate responsibility, community engagement and behavioural change. We work with commercial and non-commercial clients to develop highly valued Corporate Community Investment (CCI). Our goal is to help clients ensure that the positive impact of a project is sustainable in the long-term. Some of our clients spend millions over the course of a decade. Others invest in smaller ventures. But whatever the budget - it is our responsibility to check that the money is well spent and that every penny makes a difference.
...connecting with communities
Understanding how to inspire grass-roots engagement is where we start. We are constantly in touch with local communities in a variety of citizen territories - listening to the needs of local people as we work with families, local authorities, housing associations, schools and NGO's to develop better community solutions. We have consultants who are expert in the most challenging social issues, such as child poverty, homelessness, alcohol abuse, drug misuse and youth training. We know how tough it is to make an impact in these complex areas, and how important it is to focus on well targeted interventions.

We believe that corporate responsibility should lie at the heart of a brand. Similarly we believe that brand planning should be integral to the CR agenda. It is important to explore how existing brands can be used as vehicles for behavioural change, and how the impact of community initiatives can be enhanced by the development of new brand identities.
